Marketing Coordinator

Ridgefield, NJ – Salary

GD is seeking a marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, detail oriented, creative, reliable, computer friendly and should have an understanding of current marketing activities and strategies. This opportunity is available for an immediate start.  You would be working with a marketing team under the Marketing Director and CEO.  This role is located in our headquarters building with some possible light travel to tradeshows and clients.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Aggregating and maintaining department KPIs
  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound marketing tasks
  • Manage lead flow
  • Help manage customer and competitive insight
  • Marketing research and managing marketing expenses
  • Maintain distribution and submission lists
  • Email list, campaigns and drip program management (HubSpot)
  • Manage tradeshow, reviews, registrations, marketing and logistics
  • Manage sales related materials inventory and requests from sales reps
  • Editorial calendar management
  • Managing content posting and SEO validation
  • Update & maintain social media
  • Website updating (simplified WordPress)
  • Some writing and content creation

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Ability to think “outside the box” while being goal and process oriented
  • Competent in MS Office and computer software in general. Graphics programs are a plus.
  • Able to gather and analyze data
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Quick learner

We are a leader in medical technology located in Bergen County, NJ. Our medical equipment and software solutions are used in hundreds of hospitals and thousands of EMS units in every market around the country.

Our Business Development Manager – manages a large geographic territory. Developing new leads, conducting needs investigations, solution and product demos and proposals to key hospital personnel and execs are the primary duties of the role. Success in this position is achieved through employment of critical sales skills including: networking, relationship development, managing/updating CRM, managing regional sales funnel and more with the goal of meeting and exceeding your sales forecast.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years demonstrated success in a field business development sales role to hospital/medical centers, EMS, capital equipment or SaaS sales.
  • A college degree in sales, marketing, communication, psychology or related field.
  • Experience & proficiency developing relationships and selling up/down organization from staff to C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time including conferences and trade shows.
  • The discipline and technical proficiency to maintain a consistent schedule and document all activities in CRM system.
  • Integrity, transparency and a willingness to grow.
  • A demonstrated work ethic and attention to detail.
  • A Positive attitude, even in the face of rejection

SECURITY ENGINEER

We are a leader in medical technology based in Bergen County, NJ. Our medical equipment is used in hundreds of hospitals and thousands of EMS units in every market around the country. We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Engineer to join our team.

Our Security Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining security for our web and mobile based applications and other technology platforms. Leading and performing all security assessments including but not limited to: code review, vulnerability testing, ethical hacking, exploit and penetration testing. The Security Engineer will make recommendations and implement modifications and improvements to our security infrastructure and systems. Additionally, will be the key responder to any security incident or breach.

Our ideal candidate will have (required):

  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in a security role handling application, web, server and network security.
  • Experience with Objective C, Swift, Java, C#, ASP.NET, SQL.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Technology, etc. or, equivalent experience and technical certifications.
  • CEH, CISSP and/or other IT Security certifications is a plus+
  • The ability to conduct risk assessments and be proactive in their approach to security.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, initiative and a proven work ethic.
  • The ability to take direction and work independently.
  • The skill and attitude needed to proactively and professionally communicate with co-workers, customers and vendors.
  • The willingness and ability to get hands-on when needed to move a project forward or troubleshoot issues.

INSIDE SALES

We are an innovative medical device and healthcare solutions company based in Bergen County, NJ seeking the right candidate for our available Inside Sales role.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will act as a business development professional (door opener) responsible for outbound sales; researching, emailing, networking, and calling against a targeted prospect list with the purpose of generating initial sales meetings for our field sales team.

This is not telemarketing but is both cold and warm calling.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform business development, door opening and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Document all prospect opportunity contact info and accurately take notes in company CRM.
  • Update, maintain and improve messaging scripts, answers to objections and networking techniques on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate regularly with weekly reporting to VP Sales.
