CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

Job Description:

As a Client Success Specialist at GD you will develop and maintain relationships that ensure customers become long-term clients by serving as an advocate and liaison. You will help to ensure the client’s success with GD’s solutions, satisfy needs, maintain an open line of communication and provide improvement recommendations, ongoing initiatives and metrics.  You will also identify business growth opportunities for sales, support, marketing or other GD teams as needed.  Training on company product solutions and processes will be provided.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Client Success Program (CSP); conversations, note taking, task assigning, follow up & program coordination

  • Leading client relationship meetings
  • Creating the customer success strategy with goals
  • Managing client expectations
  • Maintaining role and client KPIs
  • Communication liaison between GD and client internal departments
  • CRM entries of call notes and insight
  • Assist and help train new members to the CSP team
  • Product implementation and other related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • A “people person,” by nature, with a hybrid of soft and hard skills required to manage customer relationships.
  • Superb communication, organization, and time management skills, able to effectively handle a number of diverse and complex problems at the same time.
  • Driven all-in self-starter.
  • Strong video conference presence.
  • Comfortable and proficient with PC and mobile technology (apps).
  • Embrace company core purpose and embody our core values.
  • Ability to clear required background check.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hospital or Emergency Medical Service (EMS) or related medical experience.
  • Ability to interact with medical personnel.
  • Knowledge of telehealth / telemedicine.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.

Employment Type: Full-time employee, part time considered.

Pay: $ 40-60K commensurate with experience. Incentive based bonus available.

INSIDE SALES

We are an innovative medical device and healthcare solutions company based in Bergen County, NJ seeking the right candidate for our available Inside Sales role.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will act as a business development professional (door opener) responsible for outbound sales; researching, emailing, networking, and calling against a targeted prospect list with the purpose of generating initial sales meetings for our field sales team.

This is not telemarketing but is both cold and warm calling.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform business development, door opening and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Document all prospect opportunity contact info and accurately take notes in company CRM.
  • Update, maintain and improve messaging scripts, answers to objections and networking techniques on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate regularly with weekly reporting to VP Sales.
  • Qualify, follow-up, and manage inbound and trade show/conference leads.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • College degree – associates or higher, preferred sales, marketing, or medical experience.
  • 2 years in business development outbound phone sales.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with the manager and a remote team.
  • Experience researching opportunities and prospects.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • The work ethic to own a project from start to finish.
  • Comfort and proficiency with sales tools including; CRM, MS Office, webinar software, phone.

This position is full-time, Monday–Friday at our office in Ridgefield, NJ.  We offer a competitive salary + commission, 401k, Profit Sharing program, Medical Benefits and paid time off.

Our Business Development Manager – manages a large geographic territory. Developing new leads, conducting needs investigations, solution and product demos and proposals to key hospital personnel and execs are the primary duties of the role. Success in this position is achieved through the employment of critical sales skills including networking, relationship development, managing/updating CRM, managing regional sales funnel and more with the goal of meeting and exceeding your sales forecast.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years demonstrated success in a field business development sales role to hospitals/medical centers, EMS, capital equipment or SaaS sales.
  • A college degree in sales, marketing, communication, psychology or related field.
  • Experience & proficiency in developing relationships and selling up/down the organization from staff to C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The discipline and technical proficiency to maintain a consistent schedule and document all activities in the CRM system.
  • Integrity, transparency and a willingness to grow.
