IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Team GD Implementation Specialists are responsible for implementing our solutions with hospital/Emergency Medical Services (EMS) clients/customers after a sale is completed.  This includes conducting conference calls with client understand their uses cases and to help configure our solutions to meet their needs.  The Implementation Specialist will perform (remote) user administrator training as well as end user training.  They will also help with installation of software for end users as well as software used for reviewing data on back end servers.  A GD Implementation Specialist typically deals with many different personas, including but not limited to hospital Emergency Department staff (nurses and doctors), EMS providers (chiefs and medics), Specialty Teams (Cardiology, Neurology, Trauma), Hospital IT staff such as Desktop Services, Networking, Firewall and Server teams. Once the solution is successfully implemented, the client will be transtitioned from Implementation to our Customer Success Program (CSP).  As a provider of front line technology used in critical medical environments, our company takes these solution implementations very seriously and will only hire applicants who understand and embrace that responsibility.

Responsibilities/Duties and Required Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years demonstrated and verifiable success in a project management or product/solution implementation environment.
  • Project Management skills as there are many implementations happening in parallel and Implementation Specialist needs to coordinate and keep track of the statuses of all of them.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. (This is not boilerplate, this is required for running conference calls with customers and internal team!)
  • Strong video conference presence.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including 7, 10 and Server.
  • PC troubleshooting skills (Software and basic hardware such as USB Webcams and speakers).
  • Experience with mobile devices and OS’s including both Android and iOS.
  • Basic IT networking skills including troubleshooting network connection issues, joining PC’s to domains, modifying IP addresses, proxy settings, etc.
  • Integrity, initiative and a proven work ethic.
  • A demonstrated attention to detail.
  • The ability to collaborate with on-site customer and 3rd party technicians.
  • The written skills and discipline required to document all support activities in our customer support system.
  • Natural leadership/teaching abilities for performing administrator and end user training sessions both in small group and larger class room type settings.
  • A desire to learn, grow and make a difference.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Degree/Certification(s) in Information Technology or Project Management.
  • Background in Hospital, EMS or other Healthcare setting.
  • Advanced IT skills including modifying registry, Wireshark packet captures, Firewall troubleshooting, SQL, Batch files, Powershell Scripts, IIS, SSL Certificates, IT Security Best Practices.

Employment Type: Full-time employee, part time considered.

Pay: $ 45-60K+ commensurate with experience. Incentive based bonus available.

We are an innovative medical device and healthcare solutions company based in Bergen County, NJ seeking the right candidate for our available Inside Sales role.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will act as a business development professional (door opener) responsible for outbound sales; researching, emailing, networking, and calling against a targeted prospect list with the purpose of generating initial sales meetings for our field sales team.

This is not telemarketing but is both cold and warm calling.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Perform business development, door opening and outbound sales initiatives.
