It was important for us to have our EMS empowered to send in early activations to our internal teams. That is what helped improve our time.

We are only a basic EMT department, it allows us to get a direct communication with a doctor, so instead of waiting on a radio the touchpad [e-Bridge] rings and we get to speak to a doctor and get to do our time of death without having to tie-up a ALS agency rig.
