“I’ve been in healthcare for over 25 years prior to becoming GD’s Midwest Regional Manager. I was introduced to General Devices and their solutions years ago as a client having used both CAREpoint and e-Bridge for busy Level I and Level III Trauma Centers. I’m currently a Paramedic and Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. I started my journey in High School working for a local Doctors office. My adult career path began in private EMS and then onto the Fire Department. I became a Nurse working in the ER where I became their EMS Coordinator and seated chair positions with our local Medical Control Authority. Having both Pre-Hospital and Hospital experience, I can appreciate the challenges that each faces when it comes to communication. Although I miss patient care and fellow coworkers, I’m excited that I can continue to assist EMS and Hospitals improve their communication, processes, and most importantly overall patient care and throughput.”
